- The CDC Mustang Shaker System utilizes the factory air box so engine recalibration is not necessary, leaving your emissions unchanged and warranty intact. For optimum performance, we recommend the use of a high-flow air filter (not included).

- The Shaker installs using your stock aluminum hood which has a factory-stamped recess in the hood’s inner layer. (This element was included by Ford specifically for the CDC Shaker to maintain the structural integrity of the hood after the hole has been cut). Also works with the factory strut tower brace!
